The oak-fitted kitchen is beautifully finished with electric cooker, microwave, dishwasher, and fridge. The classic Wedgewood china for the kitchen is made locally at the Potteries, Stoke on Trent. You will find everything you need from wine glasses to saucepans.

The bathroom is fitted with a large bath and separate shower. There is also a heated towel rail and large airing cupboard. All the bed linen, towels, heating and electricity are inclusive in the price so there are no hidden extras.

For children a cot and highchair are available, but please bring your own cot linen. There is a large garden to play in and friendly farm animals.

From the doorstep of the Lodge we have farm walks of various distances where you can appreciate the quiet, admire the views and see the wildlife.

The Lodge is just a mile by car from the picturesque village of Netherseal, or for the more adventurous there is a footpath across the fields and along the River Mease. Marions, the village shop, sells everything from stamps to curry powder, and the pubs have a very good reputation.
